Following the merger of Southern Housing Group and Optivo, Southern Housing is now looking for a talented candidate to join us as Market Insight Assistant.
We are looking for an outgoing and proactive individual with an interest in new homes sales. This is an exciting opportunity within our Marketing team, to assess new developments and existing schemes of their potential and requirements for successful sales achievement. You’ll also work closely with the other teams within sales & marketing to produce our departmental reports.
This is a hybrid position working out of our office in Farringdon and will also involve travel to our development schemes.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Be highly proficient in your use of Excel and the full MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Have strong data analysis skills to review the housing market, price points, buyer profiles and competitor behaviours.
- Proven ability to gather and interpret data to influence business decisions.
- Have a basic understanding of the property sales sector, and the conveyancing process and home ownership tenures.
- You have a passion and commitment to support the delivery of top-quality customer service.
