Job Description


We are currently recruiting for an International Development Coordinator to work within our International Operations Department based at Oldbury.

In this position you will be involved in the successful planning, implementation, testing and monitoring of new international solutions and initiatives. You will work closely with the International Product Development Manager to deliver new projects, oversee key strategic customers in new International initiatives and develop current international services.

You will also be responsible for communicating changes to International services and development project progress to a number of internal key Stakeholders as well as identifying and investigating any opportunities for improving product development initiatives, projects managed by the team and any other aspects of the International products and services.

Other Key areas you will be responsible for;

  • Conduct and monitor in depth analysis of all new services to identify any potential issues or trends and resolve as required

  • Liaise with the wider International Operations Department team to support the handover of any new products and services.

  • Provide support on specific projects, working groups or other duties as required by the Senior International management team.


Qualifications


What we are looking for

Ideally you will be trained to Degree level or equivalent with an analytical approach to your work, in addition to this you will be:

  • Customer focused and demonstrate high levels of resilience, self-motivation and flexibility.

  • A highly organised individual, with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads.

  • An excellent communicator and have the ability to communicate information at all levels and in a number of formats

  • A creative thinker with excellent problem solving skills

  • Have excellent computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office packages or Google Suite to a high level.
