The Marketing Communications team within Marketing is responsible for developing & delivering the marketing communications strategy for each business division, owning the overall marketing vision & communications plans for Santander UK.
Specifically, this role is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of marketing communications for our Corporate and Commercial Banking clients. You’ll work individually and as part of a team, delivering a mixture of marketing communications. You’ll focus on how we can inject our brand purpose into all of our comms, and crucially how we measure and improve effectiveness

- Leading and supporting the delivery of marketing communications.
- Creating compelling content for multiple channels, making sure everything we produce is on-brand, aligned to our purpose and in the correct tone of voice.
- Developing an understanding of marketing effectiveness, understanding how our comms support our key objectives and always looking at how we can improve.
- Building an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our Corporate and Commercial customers and our brand purpose.
- Delivering new ways to showcase the success of Santander’s Corporate and Commercial Banking clients.
- Managing external agencies to make sure timescales and budgets are met.
What you’ll bring.
- Sound understanding of marketing communications within financial services, or with Business-to-Business marketing experience.
- Ability to manage projects within timescales and good stakeholder management.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Passionate about brand, creativity and design with excellent writing skills and ability to critique creative communication.
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and be confident in your ability to articulate brand feedback, ideas and concepts.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- A self-starter, you use your initiative and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
What else you need to know.
Interviews will be conducted via MS teams.
You will be required to work on site 2 days per week
