Join RSPCA as a Marketing Executive and be part of the effort to prevent cruelty, promote kindness and alleviate suffering of all animals.
You'll be join the high performing Donor Recruitment team which is responsible for growing our supporter base across a variety of channels including Direct Response Television, Digital (paid social media, display and PPC), Telephony and a range of Offline Print channels (Door Drops, Partially Addressed Mail, Direct Mail and Inserts).

Here's some of the key work that you will be doing...
- Managing and delivering Donor Recruitment activity through multiple channels including integrated campaign activity, managing multiple campaigns at any one time.
- Monitoring and communicating campaign performance in-line with plans and against objectives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
- Producing and presenting campaign results, reports and analysis within required time frames. Presenting detailed evaluations and analysis on all campaigns using various sources including supplier reports and industry knowledge.
- Building relationships with RSPCA and agency stakeholders also involved in the delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Working with RSPCA teams and agencies on online and offline creative development, including writing creative briefs and giving feedback on design and copy.
- Keeping abreast of industry news and developments and ensuring all knowledge is shared with donor recruitment and donor development teams.

You'll have a flexible approach to work and will be passionate about delivering high quality outcomes. You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
You'll share our values of being compassionate, inspirational, committed, expert and act with integrity. In addition you'll have:
- Direct marketing experience (essential)
- Proven project / campaign management skills
- Print and / or digital knowledge
- The ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly numerate and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and digital KPIs
- Strong ability to multi-task on-going campaigns
