The Marketing Executive will lead and contribute to marketing activities that drive generation and revenue growth for our lubricants sales channels. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work directly with an external agency and cross functional team to plan, oversee and implement a new loyalty program to increase customer engagement, boost retention and maximise sales.
- Conduct market research to facilitate customer segmentation and ensure that our loyalty program is tailored to each audience segment.
- Together with our sales managers, develop and implement joint marketing plans for a select number of key IMT, distributor and OEM partners.
- Manage joint promotional campaigns and projects throughout the year to drive sales.
- Produce and deploy all email campaigns, including building emails from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, testing and scheduling.
- Manage and execute an email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholders.
- Perform competitive analysis to inform marketing activities and aid positioning and messaging.
- Interpret data, formulate reports for distribution and make recommendations.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology or business related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with varied work experience in a large multi-national organization.
- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools for reporting, campaign management, and marketing automation (Salesforce, Mailjet).
- Creative, with an eye to develop and innovative.
- Data manipulation & analysis.
