If that's you, then Tearfund's Retention Fundraising team could be the right place for you! This role is part of a high-performing team working with colleagues in almost 50 countries across the globe to find and share stories of need and hope, which will encourage our generous supporters in their giving.
The Marketing Executive role is responsible for the delivery of fundraising appeals and supporter retention activity designed to show our supporters the impact of their support and give them the opportunity to become even more engaged in Tearfund's mission.
We're looking for a fundraiser who loves direct marketing and the challenge of improving supporter engagement with a test and learn mentality. Experienced in and passionate about both print and digital direct marketing, and using that passion to encourage our supporters to help people living in extreme poverty. Is that you?
Do you have the following experience?
- Planning and delivering multi-channel direct marketing fundraising and retention campaigns to a range of audiences
- Project managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Monitoring and evaluating campaigns, with a test and learn mentality
- Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including creative agencies
Do you have the following skills?
- Ability to see through activity from start to finish
- A flexible approach to your work, showing agility to adapt and make changes if required
- Ability to influence and work alongside senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, and desire to drive forward new ways of doing things.

Please note: This is a full time maternity cover contract, working 35 hours per week, flexible working patterns may be considered.
