In 2023 Sky are launching into a brand-new market, creating a brand-new category and challenging the norms. We’re building our customer and product marketing team to ensure we’re entering the market with a bang! The Marketing Executive will play a huge role in launching and optimising our multi-channel customer experience.
What you'll do:
  • Customer comms and campaign delivery: Responsible for scoping, briefing, stakeholder engagement, feedback and approvals.
  • Customer experience tracking and reporting: Tracking customer feedback and reporting on areas in need of improvements as well as what’s going well. Working with wider team to see changes into sprints and supervising performance uplift.
  • Packaging and Product material development: Working with the marketing team and across the business to ensure the packaging and product material is kept up to date and approved.
  • Competitor analysis: Collate competitor and market monitoring. Supervising press when new products and experiences are launched and feeding these back into the team.
  • Team support: Helping the smooth functioning of the team by handling assets, feedback, supplying creative and much more.

Your office base:
Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
