Imperial Personnel are recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our client in Alfreton on a temp-to-perm basis.

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operative to operate and maintain our production machinery in Alfreton. As a Machine Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Set up machines for production runs and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Monitor machine performance, identify any issues or malfunctions, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.
- Load and unload materials onto machines, ensuring a steady flow of production.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
- Report any equipment failures or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy materials if required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
Pay: £10.42ph
