SignComp Europe is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Executive to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone who can work well in a small company and, whilst there will be plenty of support from colleagues, can ultimately start up and manage all marketing activities individually. SignComp has had very little marketing presence historically so, this is an opportunity for someone to help a company with a clean slate, develop holistic marketing strategies and manage the implementation of said strategies. Initially, the focus will be on the UK market but the is scope for development of other European territories in the future.
There will be plenty of objectives to tackle over time, but the ultimate aim of this hire is to help boost sales due to improved and increased online activity. Initial goals of this role could include, but not limited to, modernisation of our digital presence, the increase of online output on platforms like LinkedIn and an increase of e-mail marketing.
Required skills and experience to include:
- Knowledge of B2B Marketing and its nuances
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies
- Experience with social media, especially LinkedIn
- An understanding of email distribution platforms like Mailchimp
- Knowledge of the Adobe Suite for varied content creation
- Creativity to ensure content that is created is of high quality
- Organisational skills to manage all aspects of marketing
- Strong communication skills to help with discussions around strategy and analysis.
- Proactivity required due to minimal micro-managing from management.
We are based in Horsham, West Sussex and attendance to the office is preferred but eventually flexible. We are looking for someone who can work 20-25hrs per week initially. Days and hours worked are flexible between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Salary will be based on experience and skill-set.
