About you
We’re looking for someone with fresh ideas and a passion for marketing, who wants to make a genuine contribution to company growth. You’ll be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and juggle multiple projects under time constraints. A team player but comfortable working with minimal supervision, and competencies in copywriting, digital skills (including measurement and analytics) and social media management. Experience managing B2B campaigns and brand development would be highly desirable although not essential.
Purpose
To deliver on the overall marketing strategy, using insightful, intelligent marketing activity to generate quality leads.
Marketing Executive Responsibilities
· Maintaining regular activity across social media platforms – producing engaging content, developing campaign calendar
. Build the company brands through effective quality marketing
· Test and build most effective social channels
· Website content management, user experience and SEO activity
. Web demos, maintaining customers web catalogues,
· Preparation of e-shot content
· Creation of video content and graphics for website and social channels
· Researching topics and creating relevant and regular blog content
· Developing campaigns and activity to support marketing lead generation focus
. Working with Sales team on Lead generation campaigns to prospects
-Analytics for website, social media and email campaigns tracking the KPI’s, sharing results and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
· Liaise with and manage external marketing agencies
· Play an active part in tender exercises including presenting information and collating content for submission
· Weekly reporting on key metrics/analytics
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· 2 years proven track record of Marketing experience
· Expert in social media applications and success methodology
· Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 applications
· CIM Qualification preferable but not essential
· Work as part of the Sales & Marketing team to drive company sales results and achieve targets
· At least 2 years proven track record in using CRM/ERP System eg. Oracle NetSuite
· Customer orientated with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage time effectively and take instructions from multiple different sources

Due to the requirement of the role, you will need to be able to commute to Waterlooville.
Hours of work
8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
