Full Time Role – this role may offer the opportunity to include working from home hours, however the majority of hours will be worked from our HQ.
Package Overview
- Up to £22,000 per annum plus bonus scheme – equivalent of £10.50 per hour (40 hours per week)
- 30 days annual leave (bank holidays inclusive)
Role overview
This is a brand new & exciting opportunity for a creative & dynamic individual to join our award-winning team. This role is fast paced & varied & you will have ownership & responsibility to deliver certain areas of workload within the Marketing department. You must be a strong, sharp & articulate communicator. A high level of attention to detail is a must & you will be proactive & confident in nature.
You will be given ownership & responsibility to deliver the management of our company website, therefore knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS is essential.
As our advertising & brand campaign strategies are devised, you will be responsible for the delivery of graphics & editing video content. These graphics will be used across relevant company channels including Instagram, Facebook & TikTok. You will also be expected to produce graphics & video editing across all avenues of the business, both online and in-store, so you must have a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or a similar editing software.
We are a results-driven company & this is a results-driven role. You must thrive from a high volume & varied workload. Independence & organisation are essential as you will be working on several projects at once. You will be expected to frequently report on your progress, demonstrate results & report them to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1) Management & Ownership of the Company Website
- Manage the day-to-day functionality of our website, including but not limited to;
- Aesthetics; design work, web development
- Ensuring the accuracy of product information & offering, merchandising products, adding and amending current vacancies
- SEO: product descriptions, meta descriptions, image alt text etc.
- Creation; blog posts, web pages
- Contribute to & roll out development plans for future website projects.
- Manage third parties to ensure targets are delivered accurately & deadlines are met, & to deliver development plans.
- Report on performance & present findings to the Marketing Manager.
- Decipher analytics with an ability to interpret & present data.
- Knowledge of basic HTML & CSS would be advantageous.
2) Production of Creative Content & Graphics
- Design & produce graphics & copy for a multitude of uses including social media, ad campaign, look-books, in-store visuals etc.
- All creative content to be on brand & consistent
- Drive brand awareness, reach & engagement through a number of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, & any emerging social media platforms that may benefit the business.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or a similar image/video editing software.
3) Owner of approved imagery from photoshoots
- Preparing images & videos from photoshoots for web & social media use
- Edit, resize & export images/videos appropriately for various formats
4) Content day organisation & setup
- Organise in-house content photoshoots with models, content creators & any other required external parties
- Take ownership for the correct set up & maintenance of lighting, props & other equipment used at in house photoshoots, ensuring the lighting enhances the dress to help drive sales
5) Management of the Red Carpet Ready & CEO’s LinkedIn platform
- Manage the implementation of the company’s strategy to create content & grow the LinkedIn platforms of both the company & CEO
- Manage the inbox & set up connections & networking opportunities.
- Investigate & implement recruitment strategies on the platform
6) Image/Video Process and Storage
- You will take full responsibility for all media produced from shoots & own them.
- You will manage the process of media storage from shoots through to publishing, saving all content in an organised way on the company server & devices where appropriate
- Ensure all media is saved securely with ease of access.
- Appropriate staff should have full accessibility to all images and videos from shoots.
7) Research Reports
- Produce detailed research reports following briefs laid out by the Marketing Manager.
Other areas of responsibility
1) Project Management
- Take ownership of multiple projects & deliver them through to completion under your own initiative.
- Ensure deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, & updates are regularly fed back to both the Marketing Manager & Project teams.
2) Marketing development
- Take ownership of other areas of development within the Marketing department
The Ideal Candidate
- You will be an individual who can confidently take ownership of multiple tasks & projects, present proposals & see them through to completion whilst working to tight deadlines under your own initiative.
- Software intelligent with a technical mindset – even if not familiar, able to quickly learn and adapt to new technology & programs.
- A great communicator, both written & verbal. Be articulate and demonstrate excellent English - your writing must be accurate and professional.
- Able to work to short deadlines and manage a high-workload, balancing multiple tasks at once.
- Creative, innovative and inventive.
