Desi Daru is seeking a talented, resourceful and an enthusiastic marketing manager who has experience working in the alcohol industry to bring the passion behind Desi Daru to life.
Job description:
- To create awareness of our brand trough social media handling.
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
- Help with Marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
- source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press
- write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- produce creative content, including videos
- run social media channels: copy write and schedule in posts, stories and reels of premium quality.
Long term goals:
-develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
-evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
-track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, within the drinks industry.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with CRM software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
- Analytical mind
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
