BPerfect Cosmetics design, develop and outsource the manufacture of a range of trendsetting, award-winning and unique products. Founded by Brendan McDowell in 2012, BPerfect Cosmetics are stocked in over 2,000 stockists throughout the UK, Ireland and across the world. The BPerfect range consists of makeup and tanning products. Additionally, BPerfect have developed a range of products in collaboration with some of the best makeup artists and celebrities in the industry - from the Stacey Marie Carnival collection, LMD Master Palette, The Vivienne Sceptre Palette, Jac Jossa collection to the Ekin-Su collection.
Job Overview:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of the retail and wholesale strategies, under the direction of the Marketing Manager, to increase sales and profitability of BPerfect products driving sustainable growth in both BPerfect retail stores (Mega and seasonal temporary stores) and key wholesale accounts.
Overall Purpose of this job:
The Marketing Executive will take the lead in delivering all sales and marketing support to the retail and wholesale sales teams.
Activities will include the localisation of the sectoral marketing and product plans for retail and wholesale, administrative support activities to support the Mega and Sales teams, effective planning and implementation of all POS materials, events/exhibitions, PR plans, origination of sales presentations, marketing & promotional activities, updating systems, as well as management of digital footprint in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager and in line with sales & marketing strategies.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- To support the implementation of localised marketing and communications plans for Mega and wholesale customers.
- Develop relationships with trade magazines and build and maintain a database of contacts.
- Support all customer communications through the development of digital marketing strategy that is localised, and in line with the D2C digital marketing strategy, in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- To support the Marketing Manager to plan and implement all retail and wholesale events/exhibitions – ranging from instore education events to larger exhibitions.
- To support content development and overseeing production of trade marketing collateral requirements including POS, instore furniture, and presentations.
- Develop case studies, as and when planograms are produced by the Category Manager, for key wholesale customers and secure the appropriate approvals from customers/partners, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
- To support the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the product packaging strategy in advance of all product launches.
- To support the Marketing Manager to develop and manage the overall promotional strategy of the product portfolio and implement the execution to support wholesale accounts and retail.
- To support the business development, retail, and commercial plans across BPerfect’s priority markets.
- To provide ad hoc administrative support for the trade marketing team.
- To prepare monthly reports outlining progress against marketing and sales success metrics and KPIs.

The Person
Essential:
- 2 years’ marketing experience at executive/assistant level in a fast-paced working environment.
- Have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Have excellent organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met.
- Have excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be computer literate with all Microsoft office applications.
- Be attentive to detail.
- Have a proven work history of being an excellent Marketing Executive and Sales Support Administrator with a fantastic positive attitude.
- Hold a relevant business or marketing qualification.
- Be highly driven, enthusiastic self-starter able to work on own initiative.
- Digital marketing experience.
