The Campervan Fitter will undertake a full range of tasks in the first stage of a campervan conversion – this includes; stripping down the interior of a new £40,000 van, cutting the roof & bodywork from the van and then fitting an entire elevating roof/pop top system, adding steel strengthening frames, fitting 12v cabling, adding floor & side insulation, lining the van sides with material carpet trim, fitting rear seat/bed and assisting with the fitting of various parts on the van underside.
5 years+ previous employment is required, a proven interest in and enthusiasm for hands on task where precision and quality can be demonstrated is vital.
Salary range £10-11 per hour depending upon experience. Annual employee ownership bonus (after 12 months employment) and 30 days annual holiday allowance including statutory days.
