About you and the role
As a Senior Researcher you'll deliver impactful, profitable work for our clients as part of project teams; help develop the value of new business from existing and new clients, contributing toward MHM sales strategy and help develop a successful team culture.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:
· Manage consultancy and research projects from initiation to completion, acting as main client contact; coordinating tasks within project team and actively monitoring delivery on time and budget
· Utilise experience to focus time where it is of most value: large, complex projects or relationships
· Design qualitative and quantitative research tools that meet client objectives and MRS guidelines
· Effectively moderate qualitative research discussions
· Analyse qualitative and quantitative data
· Deliver actionable insight to clients: produce deliverables working with project teams and using the MHM insight process
· Identify client needs from diagnosis conversations / briefs and scope responses, and deliver client presentations that meet their needs
· Build your professional network, including building relationships with potential clients. Write insight articles to boost the MHM profile
· Drive internal projects that contribute to company objectives – eg. Process improvements; innovation projects; sales campaigns, etc
· Line manage junior team members as needed. Offer mentoring to less experience team members and deliver formalised training sessions as needed.
Your skills
You'll be the right person for this job if:
· You're passionate about solving problems, no matter if they're big or small; and have a strong mindset of getting things done
· You have great communication skills (verbal and written), and are able to explain and present complex issues in an accessible way to various audiences
· You actively identify opportunities, deliver improvements, and proactively implement and follow project management methodologies and processes
· You are great at managing expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and soliciting and acting on client feedback
· You are able to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, identifying the salient issues and have experience of conducting primary qualitative research using a range of methods
· Experience of working in an agency environment is desirable but not essential
We are especially interested in hiring an Arabic or Swedish speaker, but this is not essential.
