Location: remote, ideally Surrey based. Occasional meetings in London
Salary: upto £27k p.a., depending on experience

The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our collaborative team and help deliver B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
As the Marketing Executive , you will be working closely with our Snr. Marketing Partner across a variety of channels to create and execute sales funnels.
We work across a range of businesses including e-bikes, garden offices (B2C) and software businesses (B2B). You will also be instrumental in the development of the new Arcwing Partners brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including email, social media, and content marketing efforts.
- Creating compelling written and visual marketing materials, including emails, social media posts and website content, taking existing content and creating social assets suitable for different channels.
- Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategy, using but not limited to Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Working closely with the website developer to ensure the websites are running efficiently and make improvements to optimise for conversion.
- Carrying out website updates including posting blogs and making product and content updates.
- Developing and delivering email marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C using Omnisend/MailChimp email software
- Marketing for print and events in both the B2C & B2B environment.
Your experience and skills include:
- More than two years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- A solid grounding in a variety of marketing techniques, ideally with an understanding of both B2B and B2C channels and sales funnels
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging and spot a typo from across the room.
- Experience with content strategy and creation, including the ability to identify and create engaging content for various platforms.
- Experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter and proficiency in WordPress or Squarespace is preferable.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Omnisend
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to work across different business and projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent English.
