The role

Looking for a thrilling opportunity to utilise your exceptional skills as a Marketing Data and Insights Officer? Look no further!

Our team is seeking a highly skilled, curious, and organised individual to join our Marketing Data and Insights Team as a Marketing Data and Insight Officer. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical market insights through data analysis, research methods, and reporting to key stakeholders in our University, including Academic Faculty and Professional Services Staff.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of the programme creation process and portfolio management, contributing to the University's strategic decision-making. You'll also have the opportunity to assist the Marketing International Reputation team by providing essential data and reporting that contributes to our reputation and rankings.

Additionally, you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team, with priorities between the Marketing Data and Insight Team and Marketing International Reputation Team being seasonal. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that shapes the future of our University!

What will you be doing?

  • You will create market research around key programmes, deliver reporting relating to reputation and rankings and presenting relevant insights to key stakeholders.
  • You will identify, input/collect, cleanse and collate marketing and reputation data sets, and create/maintain/fix reports from data sets using a variety of BI tools.
  • You will help conduct trainings for the wider Marketing Team to gain more knowledge around Market Insights and Marketing Data.
  • You will update and maintain data including but not limited to marketing data, CRM data and rankings data.

  • You are highly curious about data and market research and are a talented and creative problem solver.
  • You have experience in working with large datasets in Excel and creating accurate, insightful and engaging reports for a variety of stakeholders.
  • You have excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills and able to liaise with University staff at all levels.
  • You can balance a range of priorities from various stakeholders and can deliver timely reports, research and insight.
