WE HAVE A GREAT NEW VACANCY FOR A FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR AT THE HOLIDAY INN IN HIGH WYCOMBE
Ideally you will have worked in a similar role before or be an experience Food and Beverage Assistant who is looking to take their first steps in their management career. The Holiday Inn in High Wycombe has a busy Restaurant, Bar and Meetings and Events Acadamy so you would be required to support the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring that our guests receive the level of hospitality expected.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Supervision of restaurant service (Breakfast, Lunch and Evening service) - not all on the same day!!
- Coaching and training F & B Assistants
- Ensuring yourself and team provide high standards of service to our guests
- Working as part of a great team
- Service of food & drinks
- Maximising opportunities to sell
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety / Food Safety
- Administration and Technology savvy
- Available to work when the customer needs you
