Vac-Ex Ltd is an international designer and manufacturer of specialist vacuum excavation equipment based in a new, modern office environment in Thorne, Doncaster. Established in 2008, we are a growing team with a range of services and divisions including: Design, Fabrication, Assembly, UK Sales, Export Sales, Hire, Training, Service and Parts Shop.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote VAC-EX products and services.
Roles and responsibilities:
- create awareness of and develop the VAC-EX.COM brand further.
· communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
- help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
· create website page content for products and general information.
- assist the UK & Exports Sales Managers to organise and (at times) attend events, liaising with colleagues for arranging travel, hotel bookings, etc.
- source advertising opportunities and place adverts/advertorial material in trade magazines.
- work closely with in-house or external creative agencies (such as marketing agencies or web developers) to design marketing materials and place such as brochures and adverts.
- write and proofread marketing material for both online and print campaigns.
- produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
- run social media channels.
- organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- write applications form for grants and business awards.
- liaise with audio visual professionals, designers and printers in order to organise photo shoots or corporate videos.
- arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials internally and to our overseas business partners.
- maintain and update customer databases.
- conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires, feedback forms, focus groups, etc.
- develop good working relationships with both internal and external VAC-EX stakeholders.
Qualifications
Degree or HND in the following subjects may be particularly useful:

· Website design amendments- liaising with web developer
· Production of UK brochures and overseas equivalent- liaising with marketing design agency
· Marketing campaigns: email marketing, production of promotional material (from time to time) – PDF and web, etc
· Coordination of exhibition calendar- UK and overseas
· Appropriate utilisation of marketing budget
· Excellent organisational & communication skills
· Reliable, able to meet deadlines and work well in a busy team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
