Marketing Coordinator (full-time, permanent)

The North Face is looking for an exceptional Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team based in the United Kingdom.

The marketing coordinator will be a high energy, goal orientated marketeer who brings innovative ideas to the table, demonstrates ability to connect marketing strategies to business goals and fully embraces our purpose and brand philosophy.
You will have a passion for the outdoor, sporting goods and wholesale landscape as well as good communication skills.
How You Will Make a Difference
Our ideal candidate will work in close partnership with the Snr Marketing Manager, HQ marketing team and local sales teams to develop and deliver the best-in-class local marketing plans aligned to the overall EMEA strategy.
You will achieve this by:
- Supporting the Snr marketing Manager in developing and planning country GTM marketing plan.
- Delivering brand excellence when executing the plan.
- Driving credibility and purpose to build a strong network in Media, PR, athletes, and explorer team.
- Supporting the execution of relevant projects within the country
- Partnering with regional sales team to increase brand visibility and share within the regional focused WHS partners
Skills for Success
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing (retail/brand marketing desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills. You need to be confidant and capable of building good relationships.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team.
- Ideally, you need to have an interest in the sports or outdoors market.
- Data driven with a quantitate and qualitative outlook.
- Good organization skills and a solution orientated approach.
- Deep appreciation for brand and team culture.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially powerpoint.
A formal education and subsequent university bachelor or master’s degree in marketing are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
We would like the person hired to ideally be based out of our Manchester showroom, however, we will also consider applicants who can commute to our London showroom too.
