What You'll Do
As we continue to build our marketing team, we're looking for a creative marketer to help increase awareness and grow the pipeline. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building and scaling marketing campaigns and programs, making data driven decisions and ensuring measurement and attribution across all channels. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.
- Manage paid advertising channels. Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels and document results.
- Manage customer referral programs to increase the capture of new shops from our existing base.
- Coordinate and execute trade media and paid content.
- Coordinate activities to grow the contact database and monitor health.
- Provide overviews, outreach sequences or other documentation to inform and support the Sales and Sales Development teams.
- Follow the marketing project management processes to foster collaboration and ensure deadlines are met.
This list of duties is not exhaustive. This position will be instrumental in helping the Tekmetric Marketing team execute on various projects, activities and campaigns. The Demand Generation Marketing Coordinator will be expected to assist in any capacity needed to achieve individual, team, and company goals and initiatives.
What You'll Bring
You are flexible and gracious and can solve any problem through resourcefulness, emotional intelligence, and integrity. You like to work in a fast-paced environment, and agile environment, tolerating ambiguities and resolving them as appropriate. You have experience executing marketing tactics that drive qualified sales leads. You have an eye for creativity and a passion for continuous learning. You have strong organizational and project management skills.
- 2+ years of professional experience in industrial B2B marketing
- Commercially-minded and customer focused to solve problems and deliver results
- Work experience preferred in marketing.
- Effectively influences and collaborates with others, including sales leadership and selling teams
- Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully move between planning and tactical execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and collaborative environment.
- Project management experience. Familiarity with Notion or similar systems a plus.
