Customer Service Advisor

The job primary function includes resolving customer complaints, queries, responding to phone calls and email requests, processing orders and maintaining customer service records.

The successful candidate will require the following attributes:

  • Good standard of education at least to GCSE level with appropriate level of English and Maths
  • Clear and concise written and spoken English
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel)
  • Communicates in a clear concise and professional manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Good numeric skills – including accuracy
  • Be honest and open with both customers and colleagues at all times
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, focussing on personal achievement and result

Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, adaptable and a team player and above all will want to develop their career with TWW.

Role involves:

  • Offering great customer service to all inbound calls from customers.
  • Assist with customers questions
  • Respond to customers via email
  • Update the Operation Dashboard
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Accurate processing of customer orders

How your day will look:

  • Engage all external and internal customers
  • Answering and responding to all incoming calls
  • Ensure all internal/external customer queries or concerns are dealt with
  • Dealing with customer orders ensuring quality accuracy, delivery timelines, instruction and communication to all depot staff
  • Maintain a harmonised people and customer focused team working environment
  • Maintain and expand an excellent pro active relationship with existing customers and suppliers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

  • From £22,000k Per Annum
  • Monday to Friday Shift Pattern
