Marketing Coordinator

Our client works with only the best, most exciting brands in outdoor, ski and country apparel and footwear. They manage brands in the UK, Europe, and the USA.

As Marketing Coordinator, you are a great organiser, executing marketing plans across all channels. You are at your best with multiple projects on-the-go so have excellent time management skills; happily oscillating between planning a photoshoot and liaising with retailers for their point-of-sale needs. You are great to work with, and a strong communicator who works effectively and efficiently to ensure that marketing plans are delivered on time, on budget and on brand.

Main objectives of the Marketing Coordinator:

  • Maintain effective relationships with external trade partners to ensure seasonal trade marketing plans are agreed upon with the Brand Sales Manager and executed on time and to budget.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of all photography requirements to ensure the delivery of assets to the internal team and external trade partners.
  • Organise, plan and deliver attendance at brand events including; press events, consumer shows/events and trade shows.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To support the Head of Consumer Marketing and Marketing Manager in coordinating and scheduling all marketing projects
  • Attend meetings
  • Maintain schedule of marketing activity
  • Monitor deadlines.
  • Support the delivery of production elements of seasonal marketing plans, ensuring that all elements are delivered on time, on budget and on brief, including.
  • Support the marketing assistant with contact/queries from sales teams and retailers.
  • Accurately input invoices into the marketing budgets, highlighting any inconsistencies

What we would like the Marketing Coordinator to have:

  • A marketing qualification preferable, or relevant experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to liaise internally and externally.
  • Competent proofreader and excellent grasp of the English language.
  • Minimum of GCSE in English above Grade C/5 (strong pass).
  • Excellent organisational skills and multitasking to ensure great time management and delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • A full driving licence and access to a car (occasional travel required).

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
