Sunrise Labs is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our Business Development/Marketing team. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing providing support on the implementation of marketing strategies for the organization.
As Marketing Administrator, you will work collaboratively with our Marketing and Business Development team to help plan, execute, and measure the success of our marketing outreach efforts based on commercial strategy, competitive insights, and overall market conditions. In this role you will combine market insights with analytical and administrative skills to provide objective information to the Business Development/Marketing leadership team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge of various marketing strategies and tools and grow your overall marketing skills. You will gain broad experience in business development and support the team’s decision making and strategy success.
At Sunrise you will:
- Coordinate and manage marketing email campaigns and automation tools
- Use analytic tools to assess and improve SEO performances, keyword ranking, and topics for future marketing content
- Monitor social channels for trending industry news and ideas, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
- Assist with capturing and analyzing social medial metrics
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Inform our marketing efforts and business development approach with insights gained from analysis and research
- Be a part of the Marketing/Business Development team, a supportive member of the teams overall success
You’ll need:
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
- Demonstrated ability in data organization and analysis
- Experience with website/content management systems
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools – Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot
- Ability to listen and absorb new information quickly and put into use
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent organizational skill
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
