Entry Level Marketing Assistant Job Description
We are a dental implant manufacturing and distribution company looking for a reliable and determined candidate to join our marketing team. The ideal applicant will be a team player, eager to learn, and detailed oriented with a passion for results. The applicant would be reporting to and primarily supporting the Education Manager.
Our marketing department requires an individual who will help with day-to-day operations and support with various short-term and long-term projects for the ultimate goal of supporting our sales team and their efforts to generate revenue. The Marketing team is primarily responsible for marketing materials, continuing education, events & exhibitions, and other activities involving sales support.
Requirements:

· Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
· Eager to learn, learns quickly
· Experience in medical/dental industry preferred
· Willing to travel when required within continental US
· Eligible to work within the USA without limitation or restriction.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all social media platforms. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and post content.
· Communicate and coordinate with design team for content creation
· Support continuing education events, attending (travel) whenever necessary
· Collaborate with other teammates within marketing department to support department projects
· Support various aspects of marketing, continuing education, and events
· Assist marketing manager with various responsibilities including but not limited to communicating with vendors and venues to support marketing and education activities
· Communicate with internal and external parties necessary to complete assigned tasks
