Charli.com is a growing womenswear clothing retailer based in Bounds Green, London (N11)

The main function of this role is to support the delivery of our online marketing strategy with a focus on paid activity.

The role involves:

• Ideation, strategy, planning and execution of digital marketing strategies. Using available data to make key recommendations in defining and shaping the end to end marketing strategy across Ecommerce, PPC, Social, Affiliate, Email and Influencer Marketing in line with brand objectives
• Oversee the day to day website management, including optimisation, user experience, web development and new collection launches.
• Working alongside the commercial director to ensure that trends in customer behaviours are identified, the communication is then optimised which feeds into strategic decision making.
• Working closely with management and wider team to deliver acquisition and retention KPIs to scale sales
• Engaging with third party agencies and contractors to assess performance. This includes participation on regular performance update calls which will include reviewing metrics at campaign level

The ideal candiate:

• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role at an agency or for a brand.

• Experience with working across teams, especially between creative and performance teams

• Experience using Facebook Ads Manager (preferably agency) is preferred

• Strong analytical skills: ability to find data and reporting on it

• At least medium level spreadsheet skills (preferably Google suite)

• Experience with marketing automation (eg Klaviyo) is preferred

• A candidate with a keen interest in fashion or design is preferred as well as a strong visual sense and familiarity with Canva or similar

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00 per year
