We are newly published In London with 5 more aesthetic clinics global wise. London Clinic is the largest clinic in Europe. Our expert team of professionals includes cosmetic doctors, aesthetic therapists providing the most advanced skin and body treatments in the world. We are a small team with a very positive working environment, everyone is friendly and treating each other like a family.
Responsibilities:
Business development
- Driving sales and exceeding company targets through effective diary management,
- Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
- Enhance brand, reputation, and image to the public.
- Working as part of a sales team.
- Creating & support our marketing team in the delivery of experiential marketing campaigns
Client Communications:
- Liaising with clients, typically over email, phone calls and messages and whatsapp.
Content Marketing:
- Creating content briefs for internal & external content writers & designers for social media content.
- Proofreading, editing, and optimising externally generated content.
- Contributing your own expertly written content.
- Publishing content to websites and various social media platforms.
Supporting Other Initiatives:
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed, including magazines, awards and other suppliers.
- Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic, ensuring exceptional standards of patient care, customer service, and cleanliness
What we are looking for:
- Sales background with aesthetic knowledge
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills.
- You must possess good knowledge in the most common skin concerns and conditions, successful at converting, upselling and cross selling treatments, to maximise your clients results and skin transformations. (Treatments theory training provided)
- Great time-management skills.
- A positive and welcoming attitude.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client satisfaction.
- Excellent personal presentation standards.
- Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Not afraid to share ideas
