Marketing Coordinator Position:

MMJP PARTNERS GROUP, LLC is seeking Marketing Coordinators to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL.

Who We Are:

• Private Equity Fund that has several verticals.
• Real Estate Investment and Property Management
• Premium Tobacco (Domestic and International) Retail and Wholesale
• FFL
• Technologies with a focus on Software Development, and Hardware Investment leasing.

Short Term Goal:

• We've identified 3 sectors for immediate growth potential so we plan to grow market share by marketing our products and services to these verticals via phone and email campaign marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Marketing Coordinators will be provided a territory and provided an up-to-date list of current businesses within their vertical, in their territory.
• Outbound calls and Email Campaigns are made to qualify the business, market the product and introduce our company.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and pipeline of businesses.
• Assist with planning and execution of events, and scheduling.

Schedule:

• Schedule is somewhat flexible, so if you have children in school, or need slightly different hours we are flexible. Our headquarters are in West Palm Beach, FL.
• Approximate Schedule is Monday - Friday 9-5 or 10-6.

Required Experience:

Ideal Candidates will be expected to have experience in the following:

• Outbound Calling
• Marketing, via outbound calls
• Cold Calling
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment with a strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excel proficiency required.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets) with strong Gmail proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently

Compensation

• The Compensation Package will be comprised of the following, with a larger upside potential for additional bonuses, with an average 1st year annual compensation of $58,000-$77,000
• Hourly Salary
• Bonuses
• Commissions

Pay: $59,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
