Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Team Leader
Location: Stratford
Industry: Manufacturing
Shift: 4on 4off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
Pay: £50000 to £53000
Holidays: 25 days
Benefits: up to 8% pension matched, Death in service, Medical.
Overview:
Working for a business that have production facilities located across the UK we now require an additional engineer to lead the team as the Maintenance Team Leader.
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader role:
- To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time. This role would be 80% hands on with the rest leading, organising and managing a team of engineers whilst working closely with the Engineering manager.
- Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
- PPM’s
The ideal candidate / Maintenance Team Leader have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer maintaining production/plant machinery within a production/manufacturing environment or similar – ideally worked in a team leading/supervisory capacity OR had some management duties within your role.
Qualifications – must be able to present at interview in a relevant engineering discipline
