Job description
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a company specializing in promotional products/merch supplier.
The Marketing Assistant will help with customer outreach, lead generation, sale tools and collaterals. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of the promotional products industry is definitely a plus!
Responsibilities
- Maintain, develop, and execute the marketing calendar
- Maintain online product listings
- Optimization of our product paid placement and SEO
- Liaison with marketing agency (Prep creative brief for product catalogs, flyers, sales sheets, and other collaterals)
- Develop case studies and editorial
- Manage print advertising and advertorial
- Media planning and press relation
- Prep social media posts with Canvas
- Help with tradeshow strategy, travels, and logistics
- Develop and maintain relationships with buying groups
Profile
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
- At least 1-2 years experience of marketing experience (B TO B preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Perfect written & spoken English
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Team player
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Miami, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
