Job description
As a leading supplier of Ceramic and Soft Flooring profiles, accessories, and tools we are looking for a creative but conscientious Marketing Manager.
This position encompasses all sectors of Marketing from digital communication and social media, to physical instore and exhibition displays.
The candidate should be comfortable communicating with suppliers as well as internally with the sales and purchasing departments. Our preference is someone with experience in the Tile or Contract Flooring Industry, or the wider construction industry, but it is not essential. It is also our preference for the candidate to be office based in Stokesley TS9, but flexibility can be given for remote working as and when it is necessary.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts for all channels in the UK and overseas working alongside our in-house graphic designer and sales teams. (some product photography experience and attention to detail preferred)
- Create and schedule e-marketing communication via our Mailchimp system, as well as working with sales to increase the database.
- Maintain communication received via social media, feeding leads back to the sales department to follow up.
- Communicate with customer marketing departments to ensure their websites/catalogues, etc are updated and collaborate on social media.
- Basic CMS updates on our website with the assistance of leading web developers (no coding needed)
- Co-ordinate with Sales and Suppliers to deliver on Trade Day and Exhibition requirements.
- Develop training programmes for staff and customers alongside the Sales Director.
- Update our specification programmes with the latest information provided from our production and purchasing department/suppliers.
- Work with all departments to co-ordinate product launches and their communication internally and externally.
- Conduct customer visits to maintain high levels of in-store brand awareness and presentation.
- Monitor and maintain the Marketing budget.
- Work with purchasing to maintain adequate stock of marketing items considering lead times.
- Maintain visibility of all projects using ClickUp project software.
- Provide direction to our graphic designer.

Salary dependent on Experience

Salary: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
