An essential role in boohooMAN’s marketing team, this role offers vast experience across all marketing functions focusing on developing and strengthening the business’s global presence and profitability through developing and implementing marketing campaigns, partnerships and delivering on strategy.

What you'll be doing
- Support the Marketing Operations Team on the day to day campaign management and delivery of the Global Marketing & Capsule Calendar
- Supporting on Events for boohooMAN
- Generate original copy ideas that aligns with TOV to be used across our marketing platforms.
- Assist the team with driving additional marketing projects including but not limited to Global Brand Partnerships, Local and International Brand Ambassador Campaigns, Fringe Customer Targeted Campaign (Student, Curve etc.),Internal & External Event Calendar & Charity Outreach & 3rd Party Sponsorships Opportunities
- Assist on the management of the events calendar both within the UK and on occasion supporting the international team
- Work closely with the Marketing Executive to ensure all splash plan are submitted in time and and territory relevant (Desktop, Mobile & App)
- Support on ad hoc media asset creation and delivery
- Supports the Marketing Operations Team in executing tactical activity required to deliver the strategic objective of the business
- Represent the Marketing Operations team in regular ideation sessions, turning up prepared with creative ideas that will help shape future marketing activity for the brand
- Keeping up to date of UK and International competitors to create weekly Competitor/Marketing docs to be shared with the Marketing Team and the wider business and highlighting any key activities the business should be aware of
- Ability to learn multichannel marketing project management and achieve success through cross functional working both within the marketing team and across the wider business
- Work closely with the legal team on creating agreements to support all marketing projects under your management
- Develop strong working relationships with all key business departments i.e. Buying & Merchandising, Design, Ecommerce, Studio, Warehouse, Imports to ensure smooth execution of all projects
- Creates briefs for design elements relating to marketing activity and overseeing the development of these assets from start to finish
- Budget Management on the smaller campaigns the teams owns
- Sourcing items through the correct procurement channels and managing delivery options on assets for activities
- Evaluation reports for each activity looking at successes, learning’s and revenue generation
- Having a high level of general awareness around international markets in terms of the business’s demographic and their consumer behaviour

More about you
- Experience and a keen interest in marketing
- Demonstrate a strong interest and experience in online fashion retail, ideally in the fast fashion sector.
- Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong copy writing skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office package
- Degree in marketing/events or similar course/ similar working experience
