Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and effectively express the value of our services to meet client needs.
- Investigate and understand the infiltration techniques used by our clients' competitors.
- Collaborate with the executive team to enhance exposure strategies.
- Accurately record all interactions, incidents, and escalations using CRM systems (training provided).
- Maintain strong communication and teamwork by actively engaging with other departments.
