Job Overview:
Responsible for managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects; manages office administrative work. This role interacts with sales, finance, product development, regulatory and customer service departments internally as well as managing external agency and vendor partners to ensure that marketing collateral and all other branded customer touchpoints are accurate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Basic Office Administrative work: Which includes (but not limited to) Maintains office supplies and equipment, maintains filling system, courier shipments of marketing/PR/Sales samples. as well as to archive and manage all marketing content/assets and reports.
- Acts as local IT support for Server Backup, Wi-Fi and Phone system.
- Manages expenses, invoicing, and PO creation.
- Supervises the production of marketing materials, coupon activation and sell sheets.
- Manages monthly content approvals & campaign Implementation/Uploads: Media Uploads, Digital Uploads, Amazon A+ Content Uploads, PR Uploads.
- Acts as Canadian lead on internal process follow-up: eDMO, SAP & WAVE, to ensure we are on time and hitting our targets.
- Assists both marketing director and other marketing managers in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
- Where applicable: Reporting, analysis and insights. Building dashboards to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers and communication recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree preferred or equivalent job experience
- 3-4 Years of Professional work-related experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate level on Microsoft Programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
- Nielsen, Retailer platforms/portals, GS1, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify/E-Commerce platforms preferred
