Job description

An excellent opportunity within a dynamic company to manage the delivery of HR Services. To fulfil the criteria of this role, you will have managed a team with personalised 1:2:1 training and support within a large corporate company.

Responsibilities of HR Services Manager:

  • Delivering a unified HR Services function that provides effective first line support
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing the HR Services Team
  • Providing appropriate training across the organisation
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operational delivery, including the setting and monitoring of service delivery targets
  • Producing key performance metrics and risk reporting

Skills and experience of HR Services Manager:

  • CIPD qualified with experience of HR Business Partnering
  • Demonstrable experience of managing HR specific requirements & legislations
  • Experience implementing and managing HR systems
  • Ability to remain a strong leader in challenging situations
  • Confidence using data analytics with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & graphical reporting

Details:

Title: HR Services Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Location: A mix of London & Bracknell

Contract type: Full time, permanent position
