Job description
Responsibilities of HR Services Manager:
- Delivering a unified HR Services function that provides effective first line support
- Coaching, motivating, and developing the HR Services Team
- Providing appropriate training across the organisation
- In-depth knowledge of HR operational delivery, including the setting and monitoring of service delivery targets
- Producing key performance metrics and risk reporting
Skills and experience of HR Services Manager:
- CIPD qualified with experience of HR Business Partnering
- Demonstrable experience of managing HR specific requirements & legislations
- Experience implementing and managing HR systems
- Ability to remain a strong leader in challenging situations
- Confidence using data analytics with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & graphical reporting
Details:
Title: HR Services Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Location: A mix of London & Bracknell
Contract type: Full time, permanent position
