You are invited to join the Metamindz founding partners, as our first SDR / Account Manager on a full-time / part-time. This opportunity is truly unique - you’re joining our core team, and there is a clear career progression opportunity as our first in-house business & sales employee.
We’re a growing tech agency, working with startups and other agencies around the UK and Israel. There are 3 core services we offer: Development & Design services, Technical staff outstaffing, and Consulting (CTO-as-a-service kind of thing).
In the last 10 months we’ve grown from 1 to 15 developers across various projects, industries and continents, and our goal this year is to double the projects & double the team. We believe that, with you on-board and with our mentorship and support, this goal is going to easily become a reality!
Responsibilities
- Creating: Finding new sources, creating new pipelines to bring in new projects and clients
- Maintaining: Keeping existing clients happy, while conducting regular check-ins, participating in client-calls, and joining us in the project management side
- Growing with us: As our first SDR, you will most likely have suggestions and thoughts as to things that could be done better and/or differently. We’re open to that, and would love to invite you to contribute to optimising our processes.
- Getting into Technical Project Management (optional) - Joining us will allow you to learn more about technical project management, and grow into that role with our mentorship and support - if this is something you are interested in.

Desirable Experience
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience with Hubspot (or other CRM systems)
- Experience with recruitment / working with technical talent
- Agency experience
- Experience with Slack, Excel or Google Sheets
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary - £25k- £35k per annum, depending on experience

Interview process
- An initial chat with one of the company founder (introduction ~30 mins)
- A final chat with both founders - where you’d present your approach to growing Metamindz, as well as what YOU would like to achieve while working with us (career growth, professional goals, etc)

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
