Position Summary
Virtuous is looking for a purposeful, data-driven digital growth marketer with proven experience analyzing and optimizing integrated and digital marketing campaigns to drive target audience engagement, leads, appointments, sales-accepted pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.
This is a great opportunity for a talented digital marketer looking to immediately impact a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will understand the core strategies, channels, metrics, and levers needed to optimize digital marketing results aligned to an integrated ABM approach.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Demand Generation, and play a vital role in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing programs to accelerate pipeline generation and new-customer adoption.
Responsibilities
Own, optimize, and scale the execution of all digital marketing channels
Monitor campaign and specific ad performance against goals, KPI, and ROI including but not limited to search terms reports, negative keyword lists, and keyword quality score audits. Engage in new keyword research, expansion, and optimization across search terms reports, negative keywords, and keyword quality scores
Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Youtube).
Execute digital playbooks and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, leads, sales accepted pipeline, and revenue growth against target accounts
Run digital marketing campaign experiments, track performance, and continually optimize campaigns to increase conversions and deliver accelerated pipeline and revenue in target accounts and verticals
Increase top-of-funnel leads with target accounts, verticals, and personas
Work in partnership with database marketer to optimize lead nurture
Collaborate with the marketing operations team to utilize data-based recommendations that drive more engagement and conversions across digital marketing channels
Assist with website optimization through SEO strategies to increase traffic, conversions, leads, pipeline, and closed deals
Develop a deep understanding of Virtuous’ products, messages, customers, the nonprofit sector, and the overall buyer's journey
You Must Have
3+ years of successful digital marketing execution where you owned, optimized, and scaled digital marketing channels that increased pipeline and closed deals
Hands-on digital marketing experience across email, web, social, and paid channels
Track record of optimizing and scaling pipeline, revenue, and ROI in key digital marketing channels including Google Search, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, review sites, and other key industry sites
Expertise in building out the digital marketing attribution framework and reporting suite to deliver visibility of results and trends in real-time
Track record of using retargeting and audience-building strategies to accelerate target account engagement, pipeline growth, and closed deals
Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Hubspot preferred
Experience using an ABM marketing solution to drive pipeline and revenue from target accounts. 6sense preferred
Ability to build a buyer intent signal framework that targets the right accounts with the right message, and the right time
Experience working closely with sales and other key stakeholders to drive pipeline and revenue
Track record of building and optimizing the marketing database to build brand, move contacts across the buyer journey, accelerate pipeline and revenue growth
Data-driven and analytical growth marketing mindset to solve problems and accelerate results using experiments, learnings and optimization
Proven success in B2B / SaaS digital marketing acquisitions frames targeted at the mid market and enterprise segments, nonprofit industry experience a plus
Superior written and verbal communication skills
BA, BS or higher in marketing, communications, business or related fields.
