WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Email/Lifecycle Marketing Specialist with heavy email design experience and email strategy to join our fast growing Lifecycle Marketing team. The ultimate objective is to grow and scale the client’s with beautifuly designs emails and thought through segmented flows. We need you to demonstrate proficiency in email design, Klaviyo back end experience and overall email strategy. If you have never designed an email before, this is not the right fit for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Email Account Specialist on our team you will oversee our agency-client relationships, build email strategies to suit each client’s needs, design beautiful email campaign graphics, and develop specific email segmentation for key audiences.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- UI/UX interactive design experience with a deep understanding of converting email users to purchase a product.
- Responsibility & Accountability – Our email account managers are the face of our agency, and should be responsible and detail-oriented. We want our clients to know that they are in good hands.
- Data-Backed Decision Making - You are comfortable pulling reports from Klaviyo, analyzing the results, and using this data to inform your strategy. You know email marketing already and are eager to strut your stuff.
- Time Management – You’ll be expected to juggle your own work schedule along with the schedules of team members. You’ll need terrific time management skills to hit deadlines and deliver excellent results.
- Communication Skills – Account specialists are great notetakers and comfortable conversationalists that intuitively understand how to best communicate with clients. You should be technical enough to communicate complex ideas to outsourced developers, and responsible enough to do quality control.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct individual client interviews to create customized flow and campaign strategies per each client
- Generating eCommerce related KPIs, creating a reporting system, and working to improve flows and campaign performance on a weekly basis
- Hold monthly performance meetings with each clients, to report on previous performance, and recommend changes to improve future performance
- Understand and be able to implement mobile design in email marketing
Email Flow Build Out
- Strategize, create, and implement automated email flows
- A/B testing messaging and images for each client in relevant parts of the funnel
- Daily management of client’s email channel and reporting structure to measure performance
- Lead copywriting (if necessary) on all flow emails and work with clients on the appropriate tone of voice
- Email Design Strategy and Execution
- Assist creative partners to organize assets, and create designs for both flows and campaigns
- Implement assets into client email strategies
- Recommend design changes as you see fit depending on what is working for that specific client
What you’d need to succeed:
- 2+ years experience at an eCommerce brand or at an agency executing on email marketing strategy, campaigns, and automated flows.
- 2-3+ years experience with email marketing design experience
- You have experience or familiarity working with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other email marketing and eCommerce platforms and tools.
- You are comfortable working with creative partners to design emails, if not capable of designing them yourself.
- Data doesn’t scare you. You are comfortable reporting KPIs directly to CEOs and other company stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
