We're looking for an ambitious performance marketer with experience in PPC and ASO to take us to the next level.
We're looking for
An enthusiastic, forward-thinking and data-driven performance to join us and help us grow the business further
You might be early on in your career, but already have a wealth of experience running PPC and user acquisition
You will have some experience running app store optimisation campaigns or be able to pick it up quickly (don't worry, we'll help)
You will need to be hands-on and operative from day one, as well as having strong analytical skills
Eager to learn, you’ll be a sponge that wants to learn from the other marketers on our team
Day to day
Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Apple and TikTok
Refresh creatives across all channels as required - focusing on improving conversions
Manage optimisation experiments for our app store listings on iOS and Android
Plan and implement experiments - we want to be getting a little bit better every week
Report on how effective your experiments are at increasing our overall user base and reducing our acquisition costs
Requirements
2+ Years experience in performance marketing roles with a focus on mobile acquisition
You have a strong technical understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Snap and TikTok
A basic understanding of the current online advertising ecosystem - including mobile attribution
Good project management skills - you’ll need to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries
Bonus: An understanding of Muslim culture and the Muslim scene - either lived or learned
Bonus: You can fluently speak and write Arabic, French, German, Dutch, Urdu or Turkish
