Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
