IT Security Analyst
Skill and Experience Requirements
- Security certification required, including any of the following: CompTIA CySA+, SANS/GIAC certifications including GSEC, GCIH, GCED, GCLD; CISSP, CCSP, CEH, MS 365, Microsoft Azure Security Technologies (AZ-500)
- Cloud certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303, AZ-304)
- Documentation experience - all development work will require configuration documentation as well as maintenance procedures
- Security experience: Designing and implementing security controls for cloud environments including Azure, Incident Response and Handling, White Hat Hacking
- Experience with data handling, labelling, and retention management; various global data privacy regulations including GDPR
- Microsoft 365 Experience - Azure Active Directory, Security Admin, Azure Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Cloud App Security
- Azure Experience: Deploying & hardening Web Apps, deploying & hardening VMs, using Log Analytics Workspace & Sentinel (SIEM); working with Azure Secure Score & Azure Policy for environment hardening
- Would prefer someone who is able to automate SOAR responses using logic apps and PowerShell apps
- Windows Server Experience: Active Directory, DNS, SCHANNEL Hardening, Event Viewer, Services, Regedit
- Vulnerability Scanning Tool Experience: Tenable.IO
- Must be able to work & communicate effectively with a global team and business leaders
- Must be able to be flexible with hours to align with the business/team or during a security incident
