Your Opportunity
Herrera seeks a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The geographic location of this position will be in Seattle, Washington.

The key responsibilities of this include:
- Support the development of proposals and interview teams.
- Lead social media presence and craft content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Proactively manage website content and keep the website up to date.
- Maintain companywide conference and social media calendars.
- Juggle multiple projects at once, while delivering high-quality work on time.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external teaming partners across numerous offices.
Other Duties:
- Develop quarterly newsletter, award submissions and support technical conference attendance.
- Maintain Deltek CRM, resumes, and photo library.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or similar. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a diploma
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting and working with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign

- This position is hourly/ non-exempt and eligible for overtime; the hourly pay range by level and work experience is $24.84 - $35.04
