Student Cribs finds, buys, refurbishes, lets, and manages high quality student houses and flats on behalf of its investors. We are looking for skilled and experienced individual to join our Digital team as a Business Analyst.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
- Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
- Establishing key performance indicators for projects.
- Monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of projects.
- Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
- Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
- Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
- Maintaining project contracts and financials.
Business Analyst Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills required, SQL and Power Bi experience desired
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Further details:
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience.
- Location: Oxford Circus, London. Some travel required.
