Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager as a Marketing & Communications Executive you will develop and implement plans to increase the Company's exposure through multiple marketing and business development channels. You will help to improve communication both internally between departments, and externally to current and prospective customers.
Manage the creation and execution of the marketing communications plan and promotional media/designs across multiple channels, in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Manager
Manage social media presence, website content and press releases. Track performance through Google Analytics and other platforms as required. Deploy digital content across a variety of channels
Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to keep current customers, prospects, distributors, and agents informed of our product range and service offerings
Collate market information, trend data and undertake market research to deepen the understanding of market sectors in order to support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy
Manage and develop the content for websites ensuring that they are accurate and regularly updated to optimise on-line communication platforms. Explore and deliver new communication channels; drive E-marketing plans including novel communication routes
Manage the business activity and content on selected external databases, directories and sales agents’ websites, ensuring that regular updates are made to optimise on-line communication
Develop and manage relationships with external PR/media contacts. Increase the profile of the marketing and technical expertise by developing and implementing effective publicity and PR campaigns
Support the planning, preparation, execution of global trade exhibitions ensuring promotional focus and branding meets the agreed strategic marketing objectives. 9 Strengthen the value proposition for the product range, seek opportunities for differentiation and ensure effective communication to the market. Develop sales literature and tools to support the marketing strategy
Manage product data sheets and product labels and update as required
Ensure all communications are consistent with agreed standards and design guidelines. Keep up to date with brand standards, logo, colour, and font usage to make sure we are compliant. When working with Media and externally this should be in conjunction with the approved design agency
