Job description
At Diva our team is driven, focused and creative. We relish a challenge and fully invest in the relationships we build with clients, colleagues and collaborators.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic new team member to join our award-winning Marketing and Communications Team as their Team Manager. You will join us as an individual who is looking to build, shape and nurture the Marketing and Communications Team to become the best it can be. You will be a valued member of a team behind one of Yorkshire’s most successful ethical marketing agencies.
The role

The role requires strong internal relationship-building skills with internal staff and the confidence to work with a range of staff at different stages of their careers.
As the Marketing and Communications Team Manager, you will also be responsible for the marketing outputs of the business, working closely with both your team and the wider teams to create content for Diva’s own marketing. This also includes taking the lead on smaller projects across the agency and supporting Account Directors where needed.
The successful candidate will enjoy coming up with ideas, solving problems, nurturing staff and having some commercial understanding. Your working week will be split between line management, and marketing responsibilities for Diva and project management.
