Ani Bertot Dog Training is a small dog training business in Weehawken, NJ.
Driver Wanted
Starting $25/hr
1:45pm-4:45pm
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
Must provide copy of license and pass a brief test-drive
Must be a passive driver
Must be efficient with GPS and/or skillful with navigation (must be able to avoid looking at phone/texting by all means necessary, unless safely stopped or pulled over)
Must be good with dogs
Looking for a confident driver. This is a transportation gig- transporting dogs back to their homes in Manhattan and Brooklyn from a long day out
Route with Stops will be provided
Car will be provided (although if you have a sizable car that you would prefer to use, that is totally fine. We would just need to do a brief test drive with your car and I will need to provide necessary equipment for the job- seatbelts, EZPass, etc.)
Once all pups are dropped off, the car will be coming back to NJ
There is the occasional likelihood of hitting afternoon traffic- we will try everything we can to have you avoid it. But please be aware of this factor as some days are out of our control.
Otherwise, a very chill job with excellent pup friends. You’ll be trusted to get them safely home. Looking for someone who isn’t easily phased by fast-paced nyc streets and will go at their own safe pace, minding the dogs inside the car at all times. Some drop offs may require you to safely park and take a dog or 2 upstairs. Some drop offs may require you to swiftly and safely double park in low traffic areas. Safety will need to be priority and you will have to take initiative to analyze and use your best judgement to proceed accordingly. We will work as a team but you will be flying solo, independently making logical choices.
Renegotiation/raise after 90 day evaluation
