Job description
Alabama State University, Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, invites applicants to fill the position of Assistant Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase ticket sales and attendance at home events, create and organize advertising campaigns, coordinate and manage game day event operations, assist in managing game scripts, manage community relations events, and serve as a liaison to University student organizations and community groups for Alabama State University Athletics.
A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of collegiate athletic marketing or related experience are required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.
