What are we looking for?
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing and Communications Associate will help to organise and coordinate a wide range of B2B and B2C activities to promote Cleveland Clinic London amongst a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The postholder will have a general understanding of marketing planning, execution and implementation of best practices and demonstrate a flexible approach to their role that reflects the changing needs of a fast paced ‘start up’ environment.
What will your duties include?
- Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications, Marketing Lead and Communications Lead in the development, execution and evaluation of comprehensive marketing strategies, aimed at health professional, consumer, corporate and other audiences.
- Support social media content development to quickly increase traffic, followers and impact. Manages social account editorial plans, including creating/curating, scheduling and targeting content in line with audience/user needs.
- Assist with the management of social media channels which may include creative planning, posting, copywriting, managing digital campaigns and partnerships with influencers.
- Monitor online reviews (google, glassdoor, socials etc.), and respond as needed, liaising with internal teams.
- Create content to support marcomms campaigns, SEO and creation of newsletters (internal and external). Produce copy that is optimised for different platforms and formats.
- Assist with internal communications opportunities as required to maximise impact. To include uploading content to CCL intranet, assisting Communications Lead with delivery of All Caregiver Meeting and bi-weekly Chronicle newsletter.
- Support engagement events to promote CCL, including educational and hospitality events for a range of stakeholders. To include creating and managing Eventbrite listings, promotion of events on socials, in-person event support when needed.
- Take ownership of all administration for team – raising POs, invoice payment, meeting minutes etc.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
What we need from you?
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously under the pressure of multiple deadlines.
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Database management and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written, verbal and active listening communication.
- Experienced in creative development and copywriting
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
