We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a Marketing Campaign and Local Support Executive who is as passionate about what they do as we are to join our Marketing team.
In this role you’ll be working as key member of the marketing team and acting as a point for contact for the wider business. There will also be a requirement to work on multiple marketing projects and campaigns, including magazine production, photography, and local marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the wider marketing team and operations teams to devise marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that Helping Hands brand and identity is adhered to across all campaigns and in all communication channels.
- Work with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce brand assets.
- Report on campaign results, including analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
- Work with the wider marketing team and the executive team to deliver the annual Helping Hands Conference and other events.
About You
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you’ll need to have experience of using all social media platforms in a business environment. You’ll also need to have ability to work as part of a team, and to tight deadlines as well as using your own initiative.
