About Us
Red Cuckoo is a women's accessory brand supplying retailers across the UK and Europe. Due to recent growth we are looking to expand our team and we are recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service and Admin assistant.
The Role
- Answering general telephone enquiries and taking phone orders
- Logging all daily orders
- Processing daily orders
- Processing courier shipping labels, including export documentation
- General office administration
- Dealing with customer online account activation
Required Skills and experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the business
- Self motivated
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to prioritise own workload with constantly shifting and conflicting deadlines
- Highly organised
- Proactive self starter with can do and will do attitude
- 2 years in a Customer Service Administrative role
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: £11.50 per hour
